1. Is it safe to hire a car with a driver in Vietnam?

Yes. Our licensed, experienced drivers and well-maintained cars ensure you travel safely and comfortably.

 

2.How do I book a car with a driver?

You can book directly on the form below. If your pick-up or drop-off locations are not listed on the website, contact us by email at tailoredvietnambychristine@gmail.com

3. How would I pay for the car service?

You can pay in VND, USD, or Euro for our driver (change is given in VND). Bank transfer is also accepted. A deposit of 20USD is required to secure your booking.

4. Do your drivers speak English?

Our drivers speak only basic English and are not tour guides — this is a transfer service. If you need a guide, we can arrange one separately. For translation or urgent help, please call me via Whatsapp (Ms. Chinh Christine) at +84 796 047 839, or ask your driver to connect you with me.

5. Is the price per car or per person?

The price is per car, not per person — making it an excellent value for families and groups.

6. What’s included with the transfer service?

The inclusions are 

• One bottle of water per person

• Private vehicle (well-maintained, air-conditioned, with enough space for passengers & luggage)

• Professional, licensed driver

• Fuel costs

• Road tolls & parking fees

• Door-to-door pick-up and drop-off

• Waiting time at pick-up point.

 

7. What’s Not included with the transfer service?

The exclusions are 

• Personal expenses during the trip (meals, entrance tickets, etc.)

• Extra waiting time beyond the included limit

• Additional stops or detours not arranged in advance

• Overnight accommodation or meals for the driver (for multi-day trips, if required)

 

8. Do you offer multi-day car and driver services?

9. How do I contact the driver on the day of the trip?

Your driver will usually reach out the day before your trip. On the day, you can meet them at your hotel reception unless another meeting point is arranged.

 

10. Can I customize a transfer service that isn’t listed on your website?
