1. Bamboo Handicraft Village
Our journey begins at the Bamboo Handicraft Village, a peaceful community where talented local artisans transform simple bamboo into elegant masterpieces. You’ll have the chance to watch each step of the process – from raw bamboo stalks to beautifully shaped bowls, vases, and trays that are exported to demanding markets such as Germany, Russia, and Israel.
As you stroll through the villages, you’ll feel the warmth of the local people and see how tradition and creativity blend in every handcrafted piece. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to experience Vietnam’s timeless craftsmanship.

2. Hoa Lu Ancient Capital
Next, we’ll travel to Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s ancient capital from the 10th century. Here, you’ll walk through ancient gates and visit the beautifully preserved temples of Kings Dinh and Le – two national heroes who united the country and built the first feudal capital.
Each stone and roof tile tells stories of Vietnam’s royal past, filled with courage, pride, and cultural depth. Standing amid these historic temples, you’ll truly feel the spirit of an ancient kingdom

3. Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex
After that, we’ll explore Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage site often called “Ha Long Bay on land.” Hop aboard a traditional sampan boat and glide through emerald waterways surrounded by dramatic limestone mountains and lush rice fields.
Your local rower will guide you through mysterious caves and hidden valleys — every turn opens to a new, breathtaking view. It’s one of Vietnam’s most peaceful and photogenic landscapes, where you can simply sit back, breathe, and let nature’s beauty unfold around you.

8:30 AM – Pick-up at your hotel in Ninh Binh City.
(If your hotel is outside the city or in Tam Coc/Trang An areas, a small surcharge may be applied.) -
9:00 AM – Visit the Bamboo Handicraft Village and watch the artisans at work.

10:30 AM – Explore Hoa Lu Ancient Capital.

12:00 PM – Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant.

1:30 PM – Take a 2.5-hour boat trip through Trang An’s scenic waterways.

5:00 PM – Return to your hotel, ending the tour with wonderful memories of Ninh Binh.

Trang An boat: 4 people per boat as standard. If you prefer a private boat (1–2 people), an additional 20 USD applies.

When visiting Hoa Lu and Bai Dinh Pagoda, please dress respectfully: shirts with sleeves and pants or skirts that cover the knees.

More than 7 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price. Within 1 day to 7 days before arrival: 30% of total tour price. Within 12 hours to 24 hours before starting time: 50% of total tour price. Within 12 hours before starting time: 75% of total tour price.
Pick-up service
For group tour: the pick-up time will be flexible within 15 minutes. Since we have to do several pick-up places, so your patience is always appreciated.
For private tour: the pick-up time is up to the guest, it is customization The hotel pick-up must be at in city central area, in case your hotel accommodation is outside of this area, please kindly inform us about that.
